In the summer and when the weather is nice in winter, loads of walkers and bikers come to visit the bar. The terrace with view on the Dutch IJssel and the old bridge is very popular in this area.
In the pub we serve serious meals, pancakes and homemade Dutch soups. Over de Brug is also a real local pub with a lot of local regular visitors. They come to read the newspapers and also to play cards, biljarts and darts or just to drink a pint. 
In winter the open fire is one of the favourite places in our pub. The pub is closed on Monday. On tuesdays we start at 15.00 pm. From wednesday to sunday we start at 9.00 am and close 00.00 am. |
